   All included WAV and MIDI files are royalty-free for use in your original music productions, beat sales, sync placements, and commercial releases. No additional fees or royalties are required after purchase.

2. Redistribution Restrictions
   You may not resell, repurpose, or redistribute any part of this collection as standalone files, in any sample pack, digital product, or commercial sound library.

3. No Refunds
   Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

4. Attribution
   Credit is not required but always appreciated. Suggested credit: “Piano by Anthony Rodriguez”

5. Prohibited Use in AI Training or Dataset Aggregation
   You are strictly prohibited from using any part of this product (WAV or MIDI) to train, fine-tune, seed, or feed any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) system—including commercial, private, or open-source models.
   This includes:

• Uploading content to AI composition tools

• Contributing to audio dataset repositories

• Using these materials in AI-generated sample engines or music platforms
